# XSPUNK NFTs

### Who are the XSPUNKS?
The XSPUNKS project was founded in November 2021 with a core aim of delivering stand-out utility-driven NFT art to the highest standard. The collection resides on the XRP Ledger and consists of 500 unique and hand-drawn pieces of NSFW “punk” art.
The NFTs come in three different rarities: Common, Rare, and Super Rare. Each NFTs rarity tier is distinguished by its background - red for Common, blue for Rare, and multicolor/holographic for Super Rare.
There are a total of **500 XSPUNK NFTs.**

### **What utility do XSPUNK NFTs possess?**
XSPUNK NFTs play a crucial role within the XNET ecosystem for the following reasons:

* Unlike other platforms, XSPUNK NFT royalties allow us to not charge content creators fees.
